Refund policy

After payment you receive immediate access. Under EU digital content rules, starting to use the program (opening days, completing tasks) confirms waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right.

Refunds are considered if access was not granted due to a technical fault, duplicate charge, or charge without access. Email mr.temi4@gmail.com within 14 days with your account email and program name.

Approved refunds are returned via Stripe within up to 14 business days.

No refund for Terms violations, shared access, or substantial use after purchase.
